The Kalahari Desert Salt is a pure natural gourmet salt from the Kalahari Desert of South Africa. This salt is naturally white, unprocessed, unrefined and sun-dried. Kalahari Desert Salt is original in taste and has a mild aroma. It contains a high proportion of trace elements of magnesium and phosphorus and is white to pink in color.

This natural salt is extracted manually from an old shallow salt lake, the Makgadikgadi. The area is uninhabited and has never been used industrially, making the Kalahari Desert Salt completely free from chemical contamination.

The Kalahari Desert Salt is dried by the desert sun, so only the pure crystals of the Kalahari Desert Salt remain!
