DELIVERY TERMS

For products on order:

about 3 weeks.

For products in stock:

Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 working days.

France, Germany: 3 to 5 working days.

Other EU countries: 4 to 7 working days.

In most other countries of the world: 4 to 9 working days.

All terms mentioned on the internet site are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the terms mentioned.

RETURNING GOODS

How to register a return shipment easily?

-The returning goods rates are identical to the shipping rates. Free shipping = Free return.

-Some medical and / or health products are sent sealed, they can not be returned after breaking or damaging the seal. As a result, Natural Bio Store will not reimburse returned goods with broken or damaged seals, as well as any costs arising therefrom.

-You have the right to cancel your order (in whole or in part) up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason in writing. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product (s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. If all these conditions are met, we will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

-If the customer has not made use of the statutory return right within the period of 14 days after receipt, then the purchase is a fact.

- Additional costs due to a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery will never be refunded.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU:

-All prices on the website are in euro, local VAT rates are calculated at the checkout.

These prices are valid for shipping and delivery within the EU and euro zone.

-The delivery times are indicative, are valid only after receipt of payment, and do not take into account any delays (customs, strikes, force majeure, ...).

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU (European Union):

-Any additional costs must be paid on the spot.

-All prices on the website are in euro, local VAT Rates are settled at the till. For intra-community deliveries with VAT number, the VAT is shifted to the customer. These prices are valid for shipment and delivery within the EU.

- For orders and deliveries outside the EU or euro zone, price differences must be taken into account, depending on price fluctuations and local VAT rates.

-The delivery times are indicative, are only valid after receipt of payment and do not take into account any delays (customs, strikes, force majeure, ...).

-The shipping rates do not include any additional customs costs.

GENERAL:

-Natural Bio Store guarantees that the delivered product meets the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.

- All texts on the site of Natural Bio Store are original in Dutch, Natural Bio Store is not responsible for any translation errors or errors that may arise from this.

-The labels, indications, instructions for use and texts on the products offered by Natural Bio Store are almost always in Dutch and / or French (Exceptional English or German may also occur), and can not constitute a reason for return.

Delivery takes place while stocks last.

-Natural Bio Store will execute the orders within the set delivery period, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery within agreed delivery time is not possible (because the order is not in stock or no longer available), the order will be partially executed, and the value of the non-deliverable products will be credited and refunded to your account.

-All delivery periods are only valid after receipt of payment;

As soon as we have received a full payment, the order is shipped. Shipping on invoice is only possible for deliveries in Belgium.
